OFFENSE
The Newcastle Racers offense will work to create natural running lanes inside to make way for playmakers. Jackson Schanuel (6-4, 185, So.) is a young athlete but will be a versatile asset. Schanuel started at wide receiver and played back-up QB as a freshman and will be packaged this season as both. Jackson Bergt (6-1, 200, Jr.) will call shots as QB as well. Carson Bolser (5-11, 180, Jr.) will carry the rock on the ground while Aden Shumard (5-11, 170, Jr.) will be a good target when the ball is in the air. The offensive line will be anchored by Clayton Riggs (6-3, 275, Jr.) and Chas Gentry (6-0, 250, Jr.).
