What does being awarded All-State mean to you?
Being awarded All-state is a big deal to me because all of the hard work and dedication I put in the last 4 years has paid off. I not only get to represent my school and team but I get to represent the small West region and be recognized as one of the top players in the state!
Which strengths do you believe you have that make you a great athlete?
I am competitive, mentally tough, a hard worker, determined, and am able to bring the best out of other athletes around me.
Is there a coach or athlete that you look up to as a role model and why?
Hannah Andrews, she is an amazing role model and coach because she teaches us to not only be good players but better people.
What do you believe is the greatest challenge most athletes are facing today?
Mental Toughness
Tell me about your most successful season in sports.
My senior year has definitely been my most successful season yet. I had 496 kills, 316 digs, and 69 aces. Outside of stats, I was awarded captain, MVP, and received multiple All-Tournament team awards. I also committed and signed with OCU during my senior year.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gained from your coaches?

What is your advice for underclassmen that look up to you in this sport?
Don’t be scared of hard work, hard work always prevails.
