Connor Leader is the lone state qualifier for Newcastle High School, but the “me against the world” mentality has helped Leader push himself to the state meet. Now his goal is to find his way to the podium as he is set to compete in the 200IM and the 100 butterfly.
Leader is coached by NHS head coach Brett Brooks.
